January’s Newest Finds for Moms, Babies & Kids

January has come and nearly gone already.  Every Friday Mommy Kudos shares new finds for the week but here are some additional finds that were new to me in the month of January that I thought were worth highlighting.

1. BuggyLove Organic Stroller Cleaning KitDirty stroller?  Clean it up with these cleaners specially formulated to be safe for baby and hard working on dirt and grime.

2. Warm Milk All-In-One Diaper Bag + Feeding PillowOut and about and with baby, a diaper bag, AND a feeding pillow?  How about cutting down on that load with this diaper bag that doubles as a feeding pillow?  Your shoulders will thank you.

3. Crafty Kraft Paper Letter from Land of NodMy latest infatuation? The Land of Nod.  It’s a little difficult to not want to stop everything and redecorate all of my kids rooms and the playroom when I get The Land of Nod catalog in the mail.  These cool crafty letters are a blank canvas for your imagination.  Cover them with crayons, Lego’s, paint, comics… you name it.  They are just waiting for your ideas and creativity.

4. Name Cards I love this idea!! Teach your kids how to spell their names using these name cards by IHeartOrganizing. Each card has a letter and you can help your children learn the letters and the proper order for their name.

5. Beaba Bib’Expresso 3 in 1 Baby Bottle & Food WarmerPrepare bottles in 30 seconds with one hand.  Need I say more?! No, but really, if you’ve ever been the mom (or dad) that is up at 3 AM groggily holding a crying baby and attempting to fix a bottle you may want to express order one of these and simplify all of your bottle feedings.

6. ShoeZoozEducational stickers that teach kids how to identify their right from their left shoe and how to put their shoes on all by themselves.  Now why did I not think of that?!

What Moms Love Weekly: January 27th

What do you love as a mom?  Sunshine, deep breaths, exercise, and little hands are at the top of my list this week.  Here are a few finds that I am loving this week:

I recently came across The Honest Co.  It is a company that Jessica Alba founded.  My top 2 reasons for including them this week is that they are making things really easy on moms and really safe for babies.  Their diapers, wipes and baby products & cleaners are formulated to be safe.  The diapers are chlorine free and made with plant based materials and the shampoos, soap and other products are non-toxic.  What could be better than that?  They ship them to you in a monthly bundle giving you one less thing to worry about.  You can check out prices and what is included here. For a Free Trial (just pay shipping) go here and fill in your info.
Shabby Apple has adorable clothes!  Did you also know that they have a great line of Maternity clothes?  I love this green dress.  You could wear it in so many ways and it looks stylish and comfy.  Use this link and get 15% off any Shabby Apple Purchase until 1/31/12.
Wittlebee is a service that, for $39 a month, will send you a box full of basic clothing for your little one.  You order, have a consultation with a stylist, then wait for your goodie box to arrive. One less thing to do = more time to play!

LoveFeast caught my attention last October with their ubber cute velvet pumpkins.  This LoveFeast™ HeartGram™ Set is pretty cute too. They are a Valentines decoration that you could pull out year after year.

Do you know of something moms would love to know about? I’d love to hear about it in the comments and feature some of them (and you if you’d like) during the week.

Traveling With Baby Just Got Easier: Boppy Travel Pillow

I’ve used a Boppy Pillow for each of my babies.  They are fantastic for nursing, especially when you have a new baby and pretty much mandatory if you have twins.

Boppy pillows serve multiple purposes since you can use them for nursing/bottle feeding, as a cushion for lying or newly learning to sit babies, or as a prop up for babies on their bellies.  I’ve also used mine many times for baby photo shoots.

I am excited that Boppy has now come out with a travel version.  I haven’t tried it yet but it looks to be easy to carry with an attached strap and a zipper to keep it compact.   It is great that Boppy is considering the mom-on-the-go with this new innovation.  Now you will have a place to keep baby secure on the floor or to help prop them up for feeding while you are out and about.

Do you use a Boppy?  Do you think the Travel Boppy would be useful to you?

What Moms Love: Weekly Linky

What do you love as a mom?  Snuggles, quiet moments, sweet scents and being organized are at the top of my list this week.  Here are a few finds that I am loving this week:

I heart this site!  It is my new favorite blog!  At iheart organizing you will find wonderful organizing tips, free printables and lots more!  A very Pin worthy site! ;o)

I have used and enjoyed a few Skip Hop diaper bags during my diapering days and I am loving the new Jonathan Adler designs.  They are so fashionable!

Giggle has this really cute Green Sprouts Owl Cool Calm Press. Use it to soothe little ones’ bumps & bruises.  It’s non-toxic, PVC-free, and even hypoallergenic.
Love & Toast makes some amazing natural bath and body products.  I am in love with the Mandarin Tea Perfume!  My tweens and teen also love these perfumes and I was happy to let them use them because they are light, fresh scents and Love & Toast uses great ingredients and leaves out the yucky stuff.  Try the Clementine Crush Body Lotion
