Have you ever wanted to paint your little girls nails but were concerned about the chemicals that it would expose her to? About a year and a half ago we discovered Piggy Paint. Since I have 5 girls (ages 2-12) painting nails is a popular activity in our home. I was pretty concerned, though, about the ingredients in nail polishes and didn’t care for my girls having it on their nails. I certainly didn’t want the younger ones, who might put their hands in their mouths, to use it. My sister told me about finding Piggy Paint which is water based nail polish and is formulated from natural ingredients. There are no toxic chemicals; it’s free of formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, Bisphenol A, ethyl acetate and acetone. We bought a bottle and some nail polish remover and went to town painting 8 sets of hands and 8 sets of toes. My girls loved it and so did I.
The nail polish comes in great colors for both kids and moms and dries hard and lasts for several days. We now have several colors and it is the only polish we use. The nail polish remover also works great and is not smelly like most others are. You can order Piggy Paint from their website or find a retailer here. We think you’ll like Piggy Paint as much as we do!
